Beach

I can't wait for our vacation at the beach, it's in just over a month.

The summer is half gone, which scares me.

But I can't wait till our vacation.

To spend the days lounging in the sand, watching the kids build sandcastles and bury each other and wade in the ocean.

I can't wait for the beach pictures.

I want a picture of each kid, in their bathing suit, at sunset, sitting at the edge of the ocean, with their name written beautifully in the sand.

To fall asleep listening to the waves crash onto the shore.

*Sigh*
